Q&P, Limited is a small commercial organization that provides subject matter expertise to academia, government and industry in a plethora of areas such as science and technology; research, development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E) analysis; SharePoint; project/performance management; quality management programs; organizational improvement; and adult-related learning, education and training (LET).
Q&P has over 20-years of specialized management and engineering experience in initiating, developing and deploying research, development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E) programs for both government and commercial organization with a focused objective. These efforts include extensive experience in developing and conducting user-based assessments and operational/proof-of-concept evaluations with a high degree of expertise in order to articulate large amounts of data in a easily-understandable format.
Q&P has developed and provides bespoke training in Managing Quality, Conducting Research, Implementing Effective Research Proposals and Developing S&T Performance Indicator Workshops. We are noted for developing and conducting several Operational Evaluations of new and emerging technologies (i.e., multi-lingual chat capabilities research, native machine language mapping research, multinational virtual learning environment research, and mobile learning concepts) as well as providing expertise in other Speech & Voice Technology Programs; Learning, Education and Training (LET); and Quality & Standardization.
Current contracts include Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS)/Knowledge Management Support; Mobile Learning Environment (MoLE) Coalition Warfare Program Management & Engineering Support; United Kingdom Liaison Personnel (UKLP) Technical Manager; Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) Awareness; and Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Science & Technology Research.
